C. S. McCrossan diversified and grew to include a wide range of infrastructure projects, such as highways, bridges, freight and light rail, busways, airport runways, and land development. The Company was involved in many high-profile projects throughout the upper Midwest, contributing to the development of the region’s transportation infrastructure, and community improvements.

The Company remains family-owned and is currently managed by the second generation. The Company’s core values — as developed by the Founders — of safety, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement are emphasized and actively supported by the family.

Charley McCrossan founded our company in 1956 with the idea that “A man is only as good as his word”.
